At JM Construction Co, we pride ourselves on an elevated standard of work and our commitment to forming caring and trusting relationships with our clients. Your goals become our goals. It’s not just our attention to detail that sets us apart; it’s our experience as well. We have served Boston’s Metrowest neighborhoods since 1986, creating custom kitchens and bathrooms, and leading home renovation and addition projects.

The team at JM Construction uses the Design/Build methodology, which means we handle everything––from design to the final walkthrough––so you don’t have to orchestrate between architects, builders, and Trade Partners. We do this to ensure our clients have a smooth home renovation or remodeling experience and get the exact results they hope for. Our Proven Process

After 35 years of building a company and team that we could be truly proud of; we have finally established a clear image of what was envisioned long ago. A critical part of the vision is our “Proven Process.” This is a documented system that we have developed, customized, and perfected over many years and has helped to set us apart from your average remodeling contractor. Perhaps more importantly, it has enhanced and improved the relationships with our clients and their entire experience in partnering with us, from the moment they initially contact us until they get to see their dreams transformed into reality.

  • Gather your thoughts, and collect ideas and inspiration. Our monthly newsletter provides all of this.
  • We will meet via Zoom or phone to discuss your project.
  • Be prepared to discuss expectations & communication objectives, as well as preferences & tools.
  • We’ll share our core values, culture, and philosophy.
  • Meet your designer! This typically happens at your home, in the space that will be renovated or created. There is also the option for you to come to our Design Center.
  • We will present our rendition of your vision including all the possibilities, and together we’ll make product selections.
  • Our goal is to ensure your vision is expressed clearly and accurately.
  • We’ll introduce you to your design-build team, which includes our carefully curated trade partners along with our own team.
  • Together, we’ll review the construction plan and budget.
  • Upon your acceptance of the construction contract with JM Construction Co., pre-construction and progress meetings will be scheduled.
  • Then, your project will commence!
  • How will you celebrate your new space? Host family and friends? Neighbors? 
  • Would you like to host an open-house event? If so, let us know and we’d be happy to assist you or coordinate. 
  • Share feedback about your experience working with us as well as how well we delivered on your vision.
