We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager / Lead Carpenter to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives on organization, and enjoys leading projects from start to finish. If you’re equally comfortable with the tools and managing a job site, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Lead residential remodeling projects from start through completion
- Perform high-quality rough and finish carpentry
- Manage daily job site operations, schedules, and workflow
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure a great experience
- Maintain job site organization, safety, and professionalism
- Tracks progress and proactively documents and updates all necessary parties
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in residential construction or remodeling
- Strong carpentry skills (both rough and finish)
- Project management and job site leadership experience
- Ability to read plans and execute with precision
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset
- Experience with Buildertrend or similar project management software desired, but not required
